WHAT'S THE ISSUE?

Every single gym that I go into tells me the same thing, "We don't have enough time to do dance," especially with athletes that are only in the gym a few hours a week.  That's why I created this app, so that the kids can take their dance training home with them as dancer homework!  

 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Coaches assign a dance challenge on Monday, the kids work on the challenge on their own during the week and then on Friday during dance, they break into teams and see who can perform it the best.  Fantastic for TEAM BUILDING building and FUN and a proven system that improves their dance and artistry.  This is the same style of teaching that I have used with our US National Team to steadily increase our country's artistry scores over the last 8 years.

GENSIS WORKSHOP is a progressive 6 month course for upper levels, with 6 lessons in each month, covering Ballet Barre, footwork complexes, center work, dance and movement warmups, drills for balance, leaps, jumps and turns, as well as including choreographed dances featuring different styles such as jazz, lyrical, hip hop and contemporary.
